Weingut Keller is the undisputed pinnacle of the Rheinhessen and one of the most respected Riesling producers in the world. Klaus-Peter Keller and his daughter Julia cultivate their 12 hectares biodynamically in Flörsheim-Dalsheim, on the renowned limestone soils of the Dalsheimer Hubacker and Kirchspiel. The Riesling RR — named after the Ried Riesling, the classic top vineyard — is their most accessible great wine: Riesling from prime locations, partly fermented in large wooden foudres, with residual sweetness that perfectly balances the acidity.
