Shipping

At Lof, we ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

• Free shipping on orders over €75 in the Netherlands.
• If your order is under €75, we charge a fixed shipping contribution of €9.95 per order.

Orders placed and paid for on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
You can generally expect delivery within 3 business days after dispatch.

Local delivery by cargo bike

Do you live in the immediate vicinity? Then local delivery by cargo bike may sometimes be possible.
This service is primarily available on Saturdays; the exact region and options can be found at checkout or in the store.

Local pick-up in-store (free)

You can always collect your order for free in-store at Lof.

• During the order process, select the “local pick-up” option.
• You will receive a notification once your package is ready.

At Lof, a large portion of the wine is kept chilled in the cooler, so you often pick up your order as a fresh, well-chilled bottle from behind the counter.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your order? At Lof, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition and packaging.

• You can report a return via the contact form or by emailing help@lof.nl.
• You will receive a return label from us; return shipping is generally at your own expense, unless otherwise specified.
• Once we have received the package and completed the check, the costs will be refunded via the original payment method.

Want to be quicker? You can also drop off your return for free in-store (for example, with your next local pick-up or during an agreed opening time).
