Daniel was initially responsible for the wines of the family estate called Jiménez-Landi. He wanted to go further and decided to go his own way with a few hectares under the name: Dani Landi Viticultor. Dani is a real go-getter who speaks his mind and is incredibly passionate. Unfortunately, Dani only produces 25,000 bottles annually, so there is little to distribute. He now makes four different wines from special plots hidden around San Martín de Valdeiglesias in the Gredos mountains. The vines are often older than 60 years and are all located above 600 meters in altitude.
Description: Intense wine, lavender, red fruit, pure, soft tannins, potential for aging.
Pairs well with: Game, lamb, beef.
Fun fact: In Dani's vineyards, you'll also find various herbs such as lavender, nutmeg, curry, and coriander.
