Daniel was initially responsible for the wines of his family estate, Jiménez-Landi. He wanted to go further and decided to go his own way with a few hectares under the name: Dani Landi Viticultor. Dani is a true go-getter with his heart on his sleeve and incredibly passionate. Unfortunately, Dani only produces 25,000 bottles annually, so there's not much to go around. He now makes four different wines from special plots hidden around San Martín de Valdeiglesias in the Gredos mountains. The grapevines are often older than 60 years and are all located above 600 meters in altitude.
Description: Floral, pure, light red fruit, refined structure, fine tannins, soft and slightly earthy.
Pairs well with: Game, lamb, beef, cheese.
Fun fact: The wine is aged for approximately 7 months in large wooden (old) barrels.
