Since the 15th century, the Carreras, Esteve, Masana and Parera families have cultivated the vineyards of Vins el Cep. The desire to share this heritage, but particularly their combined strengths and shared knowledge of viticulture, ensure that the wines and Cava produced on this estate are of the highest quality.
Description: Dry, fresh and crisp style with fine bubbles, notes of almond, peach and flowers.
Pairs well with: Good as an aperitif but also nice with lighter appetizers.
Fun fact: The vineyards are located at an altitude of approximately 400 meters and have the perfect limestone soil for sparkling wines, ideal for the main grape varieties Xarel.lo and Macabeo.
