Gianni Del Fabbro, owner of Ronc di Vico, learned his trade at home in Friuli. Initially, wine was just a hobby for him, but then he studied the art of winemaking with the support of the respected and highly qualified winemaker Enzo Pontoni, owner of the Miani winery. When Gianni started making wine, he only made it for his friends. Now he sells his wine all over the world, despite it being a small winery.
Description: High intensity, white flowers, mineral, rich, full-bodied.
Pairs well with: Grilled fish, risotto, chicken, aged cheese.
Fun fact: "Ronc" is the Friulian term to identify a vineyard on the hills, "Vico" is the diminutive of Lodovico, the name of the grandfather with whom Gianni del Fabbro had a close bond.
