Olivier is originally French and, after internships at Domaine Leroy (Burgundy) and Elian de Ross (Marmande), he came into contact with Telmo Rodriguez, who offered him an internship. Telmo is considered one of Spain's best winemakers, and his family owns the beautiful Remulluri estate in Rioja. Furthermore, with his own company, he is responsible for some incredibly beautiful wines from other parts of Spain where he works closely with local winemakers. From 2006, Olivier started making his first wine. He leased several plots of exceptional quality in Rioja Alavesa and cautiously expanded his business to the current 11 hectares.
