Champagne O.Belin is an artisan champagne house located in Essômes-sur-Marne, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. Since its establishment in 1957, it has been led by Olivier Belin, a fifth-generation winemaker and oenologist. He manages 8 hectares of vineyards spread over 17 plots, with a focus on sustainable viticulture and respect for the terroir. Olivier Belin is known for his dedication to the Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 60% of his plantings, alongside 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.
