Benoît Marguet is one of the most talented champagne producers of the last decade. Fully biodynamic, spiritual, natural winemaking, all oak-aged, zero sulfites, zero sugar, pure, crisp, energetic. All wines are aged in old oak, convinced that this is the original form. Of course, you can have your own opinion on this or even raise an eyebrow. The fact is: Marguet's wines are ridiculously good and unique.
Description: Ripe red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and grapefruit. Sweet, soft yet crisp and tangy at the same time.
Pairs well with: As an aperitif, fish and seafood, or even with a fruity dessert.
Fun fact: Shaman 21 is Marguet's introductory wine, a blend of different years as is traditional in Champagne. 21 is the base year.
