In 2022, Marc Houtin and Daniel Craker came together to start this project. The vision is simple: to make wines that reflect their vintage and origin. Everything has been certified organic for 20 years. This aligns perfectly with the commitment Marc and Daniel made, working with respect for nature. For example, they planted more than 100 trees along the vineyards for biodiversity. Rainwater is collected and solar energy is stored. Very clean inside and out, both the wine and the work, as well as the lightweight, no-nonsense bottles.
Description: Apple, pear, fennel, citrus, stony, soft stone fruit, a little fat, and juicy.
Pairs well with: Shellfish, aperitif.
Fun fact: The 27 hectares of vineyards have been fully organic since 2000.
