In the village of Mantry, in the heart of the Jura, Jean-Luc Mouillard, together with his wife Annie and son Mathieu, runs an eleven-hectare family estate. The vineyards are spread across five villages and three appellations: Côtes du Jura, L’Étoile and Château-Chalon. Jean-Luc started in 1990 with one and a half hectares and gradually expanded the estate. The vines grow on clay, marl and limestone soils, and since the 2023 harvest, the estate has been fully organic certified. Mouillard has a precise and balanced style, with a traditional character, all from the old cellars dating back to the 16th century.
