The Cantalapiedra family owns approximately 20 hectares in the la Seca area, at an altitude of 750 meters and at the latitude of Madrid. Manuel is part of the current generation and has a clear vision; a riper style of Verdejo from organic grapes. Additionally, they have three single vineyards named: 'Chiviritero', 'Los Picones', and 'La Otea', and he recently started a project in Toro where he makes a very fine red wine with the indigenous Tinto de Toro grape. The entire series is now part of our assortment and has become indispensable in top gastronomy.
