The young couple Severin and Sabeth are well on their way to bringing the old family estate back to life. They are fully focused on the vineyards and quality, for example by working as certified organic from the start, and they apply biodynamic practices. Great value for money that immediately scores well with critics from the beginning. Since 2024, the third star at Falstaff and nominated for "Newcomer of the Year".

Description: Slightly spicy, red fruit like cherries, juicy and floral with fine acidity and tannins.

Goes well with: Red meat, light cheeses, lamb.

Fun fact: The entire Tuniberg is actually a single vineyard, but not all of it is planted with vines. There is also a lot of space for nature. It is an excellent place with equally excellent wines, which unfortunately is often overshadowed by the volcanic Kaiserstuhl next to it. The Tuniberg is a ridge about 10 kilometers long that rises between the Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland.
