Dominus Estate in Napa Valley is owned by Bordeaux producer Christian Moueix. The wine is bottled from the historic Napanook vineyard. The vineyard, located at the foot of the Mayacamas, was planted in 1838 and continues to evolve under the guidance of Christian Moueix. The estate's Bordeaux varieties benefit from the microclimate in Yountville, where temperatures are moderated by a cool breeze from San Pablo Bay. The resulting wine is a unique refined expression of this particular terroir.
