Domaine Rougeot is located in the heart of the village of Meursault. Marc Rougeot started the estate in 1975 and gradually expanded it to the 13 hectares it now encompasses. The estate is situated at the foot of the Sainte Cristophe hill on the outskirts of the village of Meursault; from the vineyard on the estate, you can look out over the vineyards of Monthélie. Pierre-Henri Rougeot took over vinification and vineyard management from his father several years ago. He made many changes, including a biodynamic approach, little to no added sulfites, and the estate is now organically certified.
