Domaine Le Roc des Anges is a winery located in the southernmost region of France, Côtes du Roussillon (the southernmost area of the Languedoc). Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet are among the most dynamic and young winemakers in the region. Marjorie grew up in Grenoble, where she spent her childhood and teenage years among the vineyards of Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie. Her love for wine was thus born early.
Description: Notes of fresh green melon, orange peel, apricot, jasmine, and is fresh with lively acidity and some minerality.
Pairs well with: Good as an aperitif, but also delicious with seafood paella or pasta with fish, sardines.
Fun fact: Marjorie and Stéphane have been working together on the estate since 2008, where they practice biodynamic farming.
