Domaine Poulet et Fils is a true family estate. Emmanuel currently represents the fourth generation of winemakers in the family. Alain, his father, expanded the vineyards from 1.5 ha to 15 ha. In the 1960s, Alain participated in the development of the Ancestral method (natural bottle fermentation without adding yeast, sugar, or liqueur). This has resulted in wines of high and pure quality.
