The winery was originally run by Bernard Boisson together with his wife (née Vadot), under the name Domaine Boisson–Vadot. The family has been active in Meursault for over 200 years, and in the late 1990s, Bernard established himself as a benchmark in the region. In 2016–2017, Bernard retired and handed over the estate to his children Anne and Pierre Boisson. The original domain of approximately 8–10 hectares was equally divided: Pierre received about 3.5 ha, Anne about 1.5 ha, and the rest was managed jointly.
Description: White peach, pear, green apple, citrus notes, subtle white flowers in the aroma and sometimes a hint of honey, lively and refreshing start, crisp freshness with elegant acidity and a ripe fruit core.
Pairs well with: Grilled fish and vegetables, cheese.
Fun fact: Their wines are bottled separately under Anne Boisson and Pierre Boisson, but they still share facilities and terroir, with ongoing guidance from father Bernard.
