The winery was originally run by Bernard Boisson together with his wife (maiden name Vadot), under the name Domaine Boisson–Vadot. The family has been active in Meursault for over 200 years, and in the late 90s Bernard established himself as a reference in the region. In 2016–2017, Bernard retired and transferred the domain to his children Anne and Pierre Boisson. The original domain of approximately 8–10 hectares was equally divided: Pierre received approx. 3.5 ha, Anne approx. 1.5 ha, the rest was managed jointly.
Description: Aromas of citrus peel, pears, hints of baking spices and fresh bread. On the palate it is medium-bodied and has a velvety consistency, beautiful crispness, dynamic and persistent.
Pairs well with: Refined fish and poultry.
Fun fact: They manage vineyards in Meursault, but also in Auxey Duresses, Monthelie, Pommard, Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune
