The estate, located in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, situated in the Aniane terroir in the south of France, originates from a family heritage that has existed for more than three generations. It is primarily a family story, much perseverance, precision, and above all, passion. At Domaine Laval, they consider it important to respect the earth and the environment and work organically. They also prefer manual labor to preserve the soil as much as possible.
