Domaine de la Bergerie de l'Arcade has built a solid reputation despite its discretion. They were advised during their establishment by the famous winemaker Laurent Vaillé of Grange des Pères, which contributed to their reputation. However, the Bergerie de l'Arcade has managed to develop its own identity, which clearly distinguishes it from the Grange des Pères. By putting Laurent Vaillé's wise advice into practice, the Soulas brothers were able to create wines that reflect their unique terroir and artistic vision.
Description: Spicy like bay leaf, sage, and juniper, sultry, warm, full-bodied, robust, and refined.
Pairs well with: Duck, lamb, red meat. Or while ironing (just ask Job)
Fun fact: They followed their own path, exploiting the peculiarities of their vineyard to produce wines that express their personal touch. Unfortunately, Laurent Vaillé has passed away, but his contribution will live on forever.
