Charly Nicolle is the young and passionate winemaker and owner, the fourth generation, of this small estate in the village of Fleys. Charly learned the tricks of the trade from his father and is intensely dedicated to his craft every day. In addition to hard work, he also enjoys the beauty of nature in the vineyard. Respect for nature is paramount, and so all work is strictly organic.
Description: Lightly subtle floral notes but also mineral, ripe fruit, a creamy edge, and rich.
Pairs well with: Smoked eel, octopus, grilled green asparagus.
Fun fact: The vines here have an average age of 40 years, and the soil consists of clay and is very rich in lime.
