Bodega Attis 'Xion 2024'

Viticulture in the D.O. Rías Baixas has a history going back centuries, with the pergola-trained Albariño vines along the coast forming a beautiful image of this region. Rías Baixas is divided into five subzones. The Val do Salnés region, where Bodega Attis is located, can be considered the best in terms of climate and, with the presence of many old vines, is very interesting for gastronomic wines. Hand in hand with tourism, the popularity of this magnificent coastal region has greatly increased. The land has become incredibly expensive as a result, and the vineyards are often fragmented, leading to multiple owners.

Description: Fresh with citrus and white fruit, playful, pure, thirst-quenching, and slightly saline.

Fun fact: Since 2012, they have been working from their brand-new, fully equipped winery in the village of Meaño. New, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and a pneumatic press extract the beautiful juice from the grapes.
