In Jerez he now has 16 hectares of vineyards; in Rioja he buys fruit from selected vineyards. Organic winemaking is very normal for Alberto, and he also applies biodynamic principles. One of Alberto's great interests is finding (almost) extinct local grape varieties, such as Tintilla and Vijiriega.
